Schedule an initial consultation
The first step begins with a conversation
Before a training plan is created, there is always a personal conversation. Especially in youth sports, it is crucial to first understand where an athlete stands, what their goals are, and what their current workload looks like.
The initial consultation is for assessment – not an obligation.

What the initial consultation is about
During the conversation, we will clarify the current situation together. It’s about realistically assessing daily training routines, sporting goals, and potential stress factors. Only then is it decided whether athletic training makes sense – and in what form.
Typical topics include:
- Sporting background and training volume
- Current goals and expectations
- Workload from club, school, and daily life
- Possible next steps or choosing to wait
Not every conversation automatically leads to training. And that is intentional.
Who is the initial consultation for?
The conversation is aimed at:
- Parents of children and teenagers – ideally with the child (ages 10–18)
- Young athletes (ages 16–23)
- Ambitious amateur athletes
- Families who are unsure if athletic training is currently beneficial
Especially when there are open questions or uncertainties, a conversation is more sensible than a hasty decision.
Not every conversation automatically leads to training.
One last thought
Athletic training is not a must. It is a tool that can be used effectively – or deliberately not. The first step is always an honest assessment of the current situation.
