Athletic training is not a product to be consumed individually. Development takes time, structure, and consistency. That is why my services are based on clearly defined training blocks rather than single hours.

Athletic Check
The entry into athletic training begins with a structured assessment. The athletic check takes approx. 60 minutes and includes an evaluation as well as a clear recommendation for the next steps.

Athlete Development
Systematic athletic development for children and teenagers. The focus is on movement quality, stability, basic strength, and age-appropriate load management.
- 1 supervised training session per week

Performance Coaching
For ambitious athletes from team and combat sports who want to work specifically on speed, explosiveness, and strength.

Training Location & Travel
Training locations: Zug, Knonau & Obfelden (Gym)
Travel within the Zurich, Zug, Aargau, and Central Switzerland area is possible by arrangement.
